- Immediate Cancellations: For bookings canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total booking amount may apply.
Cancellation by Jharkhand Cab
If Jharkhand Cab cancels a booking due to operational reasons, such as vehicle unavailability or driver issues, customers are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Alternatively, customers may opt for a rescheduled service at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a no-show. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows, and the full booking amount may be charged as a penalty.
Partial Refunds
In cases where a journey is cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns or adverse weather, Jharkhand Cab will assess the situation and provide a partial refund based on the distance covered and services rendered.
Payment Gateway and Transaction Fees
Refunds for online payments may be subject to deductions for payment gateway or transaction fees, which are non-refundable. The exact refund amount will be communicated to the customer during the refund process.
